Bidding: Please ensure you have registered CORRECT details with Auctions Plus prior to auction, buyers must be registered at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the sale.

Inspections: Inspection of equipment by appointment to be made with vendor or agent & are highly recommended.
Collection: Collection of items WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to take place until Monday the 23rd of March at the earliest, once payment is cleared & you have a receipt from OUR OFFICE ONLY. Items to be picked up BEFORE 19TH April. PROOF OF PAYMENT TO BE PROVIED AT PICK UP.
IF NO REASONABLE EFFORTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO PICK UP PURCHASED ITEMS OR IF NO SPECIFIC PICKUP PLANS HAVE BEEN OUTLINED BETWEEN A VENDOR & PURCHASER 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DAY INVOICES ARE SENT OUT FROM OUR OFFICE, ITEMS WILL BE LABELLED AS ABANDONED GOODS AND WILL BE ABLE TO SOLD AGAIN GIVING THE PREVIOUS PURCHASER NO CLAIM TO ANY MONEYS PAID OR THE ITEM/S.
A vendors contact details will be attached to the email to arrange pickup, it is not the agents responsibility to arrange pick up of items. A purchaser must also note that it is their responsibility to load any items, the vendor is not responsible for arranging loading equipment etc.
Payment: Payment is to be made within 24 hours of invoicing and before pickup. Invoices will be sent at the business day following the sales conclusion. If you have not received an invoice within 24 hours, please contact the office 6862 2362. A payment receipt will be issued once payment is received.
Auction Terms:
2% Buyers premium to be applied.
GST will be added to knock down price (unless stated otherwise).
Sale will be conducted under AWN Langlands Hanlon terms and conditions of sale. (attached)
