BOONARI Farm was originally established in 1961 in the thriving community of Condingup, and is just 75 kilometres east of Esperance.

The Herbert family purchased Boonari Farm in 2013 and have invested heavily in soil amelioration and matching agronomy to the property's soil types. The cool soft springs and 505mm annual rainfall supports the farms substantial and reliable grain production.

Soil types on Boonari Farm range from shallow duplexes through to deeper sands.
A substantial 328 Ha of the farm has been clayed at a rate of 750t/ha on the sandier soils with lighter rates across responsive soils.
In addition, there has been a healthy liming program followed up with deep ripping, spading and deep ploughing.
Infrastructure on the property is comprehensive, and is topped off with a very reliable water supply fed by dams and a soak.
Most paddocks are fenced, allowing the new owner to run their own or agist livestock.

This standalone property really suits a family that wants to live and farm in the renowned Condingup region.
There are world-class beaches on the doorstep, along with a vibrant local community and all the amenities of Esperance just a short drive away.
