Gus is a proud member of the local community and is excited to be stepping into the role of Property Representative with AWN Livestock & Property. With a strong connection to the region and an understanding of the unique lifestyle our area offers, Gus brings a genuine, down-to-earth approach to real estate.
Before entering the property industry, Gus spent over 30 years working with Tasmania Police, where he developed a reputation for integrity, reliability, and a commitment to helping others. These values are now at the heart of his work in real estate.
Outside of work, Gus is actively involved in the community, he is on the Woodsdale Football Club and Oatlands Golf Club committees. His local knowledge and community spirit make him a natural fit for helping clients achieve their property goals, whether buying, selling, or seeking advice.
Gus looks forward to working with individuals, families, and landholders across the Southern Midlands, offering honest guidance, strong communication, and support throughout the property process.
